Welcome to Lahti by boat! On this page, you will find an overview of Lahti’s harbours and harbour services for boating visitors.

Lahti has three different harbours. Vesijärvi Harbour serves as a passenger harbour, and Teivaa Harbour operates as a guest marina. In addition to these two, you can find berths available for reservation at Niemi Harbour.

Vesijärvi Harbour, passenger harbour

Vesijärvi passenger harbour is located near the city centre on the shores of Lake Vesijärvi. A wide range of events take place in the harbour area during the boating season.

The harbour serves as a passenger harbour and as the home port of Päijänteen Laivurit.

Please note that jet skis are prohibited in the Vesijärvi harbour area.

There are 30 guest berths at the piers with finger pontoon mooring, max. stay 4 hours, overnight stays are not permitted.

Teivaa Harbour, guest marina

Jalkarannantie 15, 60°59.4´ 25°38.5´

Teivaa Harbour has approximately 300 berths for motorboats and sailing boats, and 70 berths for rowing boats. Guest berths are alongside moorings located in the southern part of the harbour.

There are around 15 spaces available for boats measuring 2–6 metres. Berths cannot be reserved in advance.

Niemi Harbour, guest marina

Niemi Harbour has approximately 500 berths for motorboats and sailing boats, and 129 berths for rowing boats.
