The opening celebration of the Laune skate park will take place on May 9. Skateboarders who were involved in designing the renovated park will also help run the opening event’s program.

Lahti is home to approximately 11,000 foreign-language speakers, representing nine per cent of the population. The city is home to people from all over the world, each with their own language, culture, and way of life.
