Placement permits are primarily applied online via City of Lahti online service (in Finnish).
Building permanent equipment, cables, pipes and structures on a street or park area requires a permit. These include foundations of buildings, supporting walls, shelters, ramps, stairs, etc.
The placement permit must be obtained before the placement of a pipe, cable, equipment or structure.
