On the opening day of the outdoor pool, the brass section of Sinfonia Lahti will entertain swimmers at the pool area from 17.00 to 17.30. The concert will provide lively and cheerful brass music for the swimmers. The concert is part of Sinfonia Lahti’s tour, where the orchestra’s small groups venture out into the city in the midst of people’s daily lives.
Outdoor Pool Opening Hours
- Weekdays: Monday to Thursday: 6.30–20.00; Friday: 10.00–20.00; swimming time ends at 20.30, and visitors must leave the outdoor pool by 21.00.
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday: 10.0–17.00.; swimming time ends at 17.30., and visitors must leave the outdoor pool by 18.00.
- On Midsummer’s Eve, Friday, 23.6., the ticket counters will close at 16.00; swimming time ends at 16.30, and visitors must leave the outdoor pool by 17.00.
Children’s swimming classes and Wibit floating water park
During the summer, 16 beginner swimming classes for children will be held at the outdoor pool. Registration for the swimming classes will begin 15.5. at 9.00. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Wibit water obstacle course will be available for all children and those young at heart at the outdoor pool 3.7.–8.7. and 17.7.–22.7.
