Parking in private areas
Parking in a private area without the permission of the property owner or holder is forbidden. Regulations on parking in private areas must be indicated in a clearly perceptible way.
Upon a request of the property representative, traffic wardens can also write a parking fine to a vehicle indicated by the property representative, when it is parked illegally in a private area.
A notification on an illegal parking can be made by the housing association’s building manager, the real estate manager (per procuration), or the chair or a member of the board of the housing association. In a shareholders’ meeting, the housing association can also decide on a person who acts as the notifier per procuration.
