Local research presented at Lahti Science Day

Lahti Science Day is a science event open to all. The seminar will be held on November 21, 2023, from 9 am to 4 pm at the Niemi campus (Mukkulankatu 19). Free admission to the event.

The event highlights the results of research and development work in the Päijät-Häme region. This year, nature is a topic of many presentations.

The keynote speakers for the day are professor Mikael Fogelholm, addressing the future of food at 9:00 am, and professor Markku Kauppi, discussing advancements in the treatment of rheumatic diseases at 12:40 pm.

This is an in-person event, with one session being streamed. English-language presentations are indicated in the program with a symbol.

The event is organized by LAB University of Applied Sciences, Lahti University Campus, LUT University, University of Helsinki, Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences Vierumäki Campus and Päijät-Häme Joint Authority for Health and Wellbeing.
