Sports clubs in Lahti invite children and families to a sports trial event at Kisapuisto on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 17:00 to 19:00.
The event offers an easy way to explore local opportunities for physical activity and hobbies. During the afternoon, participants will have the chance to try out up to 15 different sports and meet representatives from local sports clubs. At best, the event could help you discover a new hobby you’ll love for the fall.
The sports trial event is one of many resident-proposed ideas from the City of Lahti’s participatory budgeting process that will be implemented in 2026.
Pelicans Sb is responsible for organizing the event, with Etelä-Suomen Sanomat serving as a partner. Admission is free.
